I am a 19-year-old sophomore at the Eindhoven University of Technology, studying Computer Science and Engineering.
Starting in 2017 with a Minecraft map, I discovered my love for programming and solving problems. I'm mostly known for my work on roughly a dozen Minecraft plugins, which have amassed over 80.000 downloads. Currently, I'm part of the SkriptLang team, where I specialize in internal optimization, modernization and other improvements.
I have experience with the following languages:
and with the following tools:
I am currently most interested in learning more about programming languages which differ from Java, such as Clojure, Rust, C and C++.
I enjoy challenging myself by working on projects that go out of my comfort zone. My ability to quickly grasp foreign concepts has helped immensely during the development of these projects. This doesn't only apply to code; for the past two years, one of my primary hobbies has been playing guitar. I most enjoy playing songs that are very technically complicated. These take a long time to learn, but I enjoy the process of learning and improving by small increments.
Other hobbies of mine include archery, staring at the night sky and visiting friends.
